Client Rights
- Hire me and you will have the right to use the images where, when, how and for as long as you like.
(this is kind of a big deal)
Client Responsibilities*
- Watermark and legible by line on or with all distributions and reproductions.
Link backs to tysoncrosbie.com when posted online.
*If a client wishes to waive their responsibilities of logo and byline there is a premium of 90% on the total hourly rate of the job.
The Rate
$150 per hour
It can be this easy. The rate is coupled with basic hourly minimums, this rate is very competitive with the current photography market. And keep in mind when working with the best you get less hassle and less headache for free.
Personal portraits: 1 hour
Personal branding, headshots, avatars, or any person that needs an image to sell themselves, build trust and loyalty in their brand.
Commercial minimums per day (determined by market reach):
Commercial photography spans a lot of specialties including studio, location, advertising, PR, product, architecture, and I could go on forever. I spent five years learning and practicing studio lighting with the best, so if the question is can I do :this or that: the answer is, yes I can.
- Local: 4 hours
Nationwide: 8 hours
Global: 16 hours
Selected images:
All images selected by the client will be charged a minimum of 1 hour post processing, this is for all images and all formats.
Example: you come in for your hour portrait session and decide you want to use two images out of a hundred from the session. The hour in the studio will cost you $150.00 and the each image selected will cost you $150.00 (one hour for each image), for a total of $450.00.
Scheduling will require deposit.
Cancellations on day of service will be charged full contract value including tax.
